Street Corn

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 3 T. butter melted
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp. ground chipotle
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese or more
  • 1 T. butter cut into 4 cubes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400!
  • Line jellyroll pan with nonstick foil
  • Brush butter onto the ears of corn with pastry brush.
  • Very generously season your corn with kosher salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle on the chipotle.
  • Roast for 30-40 minutes, or until starting to brown!
  • While it's cooking, turn the corn occasionally.
  • Remove from oven, add lots of cheese and a cube of butter!
