Parmesan Street Corn
Street corn is absolutely fabulous and now you can make it easily at home! This parmesan version is fabulous and a sprinkle of ground chipotle really kicks up the flavors! I love that this is made in the oven so it keeps your grill free for other foods! Of course, you could make it on the grill if you prefer. I hope you enjoy this parmesan street corn as much as we did! It will definitely be showing up on our dinner table again very soon! Feel free to shake it up a bit and change out the parmesan for other cheeses, as well.
Street Corn
Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn
- 3 T. butter melted
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp. ground chipotle
- ½ cup parmesan cheese or more
- 1 T. butter cut into 4 cubes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400!
- Line jellyroll pan with nonstick foil
- Brush butter onto the ears of corn with pastry brush.
- Very generously season your corn with kosher salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle on the chipotle.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes, or until starting to brown!
- While it's cooking, turn the corn occasionally.
- Remove from oven, add lots of cheese and a cube of butter!
