In a mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
Microwave the milk until hot, and add gelatin powder.
Stir fast to dissolve gelatin. (stir 5 mins)
Pour the gelatin mixture over the cream cheese and whisk smooth.
Pour this cheesecake mixture over the baked banana bread crust.
Chill for a minimum of 4 hours.
Unmold the pan, slice and serve!
I topped mine with chocolate dipped banana slices.
