Ingredients
  

BROWNIES:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 ⅓ bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 ½ tsp.vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon cake flour
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 15 Oreo Cookies

Frosting

  • 8 tablespoons Crisco
  • ¼ cup soft butter
  • 1 cup Fluff
  • 1 ¼ cups powdered sugar

Topping

  • A few Oreos chopped up
  • 2 T. butter
  • 2 T. light corn syrup
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp. boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Line a 9×13” pan with nonstick foil.
  • Melt butter and chocolate over low in saucepan.
  • Shut heat.
  • Whisk the eggs in a large bowl with sugar and salt.
  • Slowly whisk the chocolate into the egg mix and add vanilla.
  • Sift flour and cocoa in the batter, stir smooth.
  • Pour into pan.
  • Top with 15 oreos and press down a bit so they get covered with batter.
  • Bek 30-35 mins and cool.

Frosting

  • Beat crisco and butter.
  • Add fluff and vanilla.
  • Slowly add powdered sugar.
  • Spread over cool brownies and top with chopped oreos.

Topping

  • Melt butter and corn syrup in a small saucepan.
  • Off the heat, stir in chocolate chips.
  • Add water and stir to thin.
  • Drizzle over the frosting.
  • Chill and slice!
