Parmigiano Reggiano Crisps

  • Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
  • silpat liner

Instructions
 

  • PLace small mounds of cheese on a silpat lined cookie sheet.
  • Gently press down.
  • Bake for 5 minutes on 400 degrees.
  • Cool and eat.
  • Great with salads!
