Parmigiano Reggiano Crisps
Ingredients
- Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
- silpat liner
Instructions
- PLace small mounds of cheese on a silpat lined cookie sheet.
- Gently press down.
- Bake for 5 minutes on 400 degrees.
- Cool and eat.
- Great with salads!
