Line a 9 x 13-inch dish with nonstick foil.
In a large bowl, combine cereal and nuts.
In a saucepan, whisk together sugar and corn syrup.
Cook over medium and bring to a boil-boil one minute.
Remove heat and whisk in the peanut butter & salt.
Stir carefully.
Pour over the cereal and stir gently to coat.
Pour into pan and refrigerate.
Drizzle chocolate on the cold bars and chill to set.
Cut into squares!
