Ingredients
Pork loin-about 4 pounds

crushed garlic cloves

olive oil

Tamari
or soy sauce

c.
worcesteshire sauce

dry mustard

kosher salt

lemon juice

pepper

balsamic or red wine vinegar
Instructions
Mix the marinade ingredients in a large dish.
Add pork loin and cover.
Marinate over night.
Bake at 350, uncovered until cooked through-check at one hour for internal temperature.
