Marinated Pork Loin

Ingredients
  

  • Pork loin-about 4 pounds
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • cups olive oil
  • ¾ c. Tamari or soy sauce
  • ¼ c. worcesteshire sauce
  • 2 T. dry mustard
  • tsp. kosher salt
  • c. lemon juice
  • 1 T. pepper
  • ½ c. balsamic or red wine vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Mix the marinade ingredients in a large dish.
  • Add pork loin and cover.
  • Marinate over night.
  • Bake at 350, uncovered until cooked through-check at one hour for internal temperature.
