Spray 9x13 pan with pam and preheat oven 350.
Prepare cake mix according to box directions and mix in bag of chips.
Spread in pan.
In mixer, beat butter and cream cheese.
Add sugar.
Dollop over cake batter with an ice cream scoop or spoon.
Use a knife to swirl cream cheese into cake batter.
Load on all of your chocolates.
Bake 45 minutes.
It will be puffed up and most candies will now be inside the cake due tot he "earthquake." Cool and enjoy with a scoop of ice cream!
