No-Bake Caramel Oreo Cream Pie
Ingredients
Crust
- 18 Oreos crushed in processor
- 4 T. butter melted
Filling
- 4 ounces soft cream cheese
- 2 Tablespoons caramel homemade or from jar
- 1 cup cool whip
- 3.9 ounce box of chocolate instant pudding
- 1 ½ cups cold milk
Instructions
Crust
- Combine crumbs and butter and press into 9 inch pie plate. Chill
Filling
- Beat cream cheese and caramel smooth.
- Stir in cool whip.
- Spread this carefully over oreo crust.
- Beat pudding and milk and spread over cream layer.
- Chill 4 hours
- Top with whipped cream and chocolate chips, if desired
