Scallops and Chives

Ingredients
  

  • 1 -2 pounds sea scallops
  • olive oil
  • a few T. butter
  • salt/pepper
  • chopped chives

Instructions
 

  • Season scallops with salt and pepper.
  • Heat 2T. olive oil and 2T. butter
  • When hot, add scallops and cook a few minutes on each side to brown.
  • Top with chopped chives.
  • Serve with baby broccoli
