Scallops and Chives
Ingredients
- 1 -2 pounds sea scallops
- olive oil
- a few T. butter
- salt/pepper
- chopped chives
Instructions
- Season scallops with salt and pepper.
- Heat 2T. olive oil and 2T. butter
- When hot, add scallops and cook a few minutes on each side to brown.
- Top with chopped chives.
- Serve with baby broccoli
