Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 ½ cups packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

Filling

  • 1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter or butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick foil
  • Beat butter and brown sugar.
  • Add baking soda and salt.
  • Add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla.
  • On low, add flour.
  • Remove 2 cups to reserve and press rest into the pan.

Filling

  • In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and peanut butter. Stir until smooth.
  • Spread over the dough.
  • Crumble the reserved 2 cups of dough over the filling.
  • Bake approx 25 minutes.
  • Cool and cut into bars.
