You’ll Need:
13×9 pan
Nonstick Foil
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1½ cups packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
Filling
- 1½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter or butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick foil
- Beat butter and brown sugar.
- Add baking soda and salt.
- Add eggs, peanut butter and vanilla.
- On low, add flour.
- Remove 2 cups to reserve and press rest into the pan.
Filling
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and peanut butter. Stir until smooth.
- Spread over the dough.
- Crumble the reserved 2 cups of dough over the filling.
- Bake approx 25 minutes.
- Cool and cut into bars.
