Preheat oven to 325.
Melt butter and unsw. chocolate in microwave, Cool a bit.
In a mixer, beat eggs and sugar.
Add vanilla.
Add the cooled chocolate mix.
Add all dry ingredients.
Stir in candies. (Save cut ones for tops)
Pour into a nonstick foil lined 9x9 pan.
Sprinkle reserved candies on top.
Bake 35-40 mins.
Cool 1 hour and chill.
