Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops

Ingredients
  

  • Scallops
  • 1 slice bacon for each scallop you want to wrap
  • salt/pepper
  • olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar or fig balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Cook bacon flat in the microwave until almost done but still pliable. (I used a bacon cooking contraption lol)
  • Season scallops with salt and pepper.
  • Wrap a slice of bacon around each scallop and secure with skewer.
  • Heat a few Tablespoons olive oil in a grill pan.
  • Grill scallops a few minutes on each side.
  • Serve with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. (I used fig balsamic)
