Cook bacon flat in the microwave until almost done but still pliable. (I used a bacon cooking contraption lol)
Season scallops with salt and pepper.
Wrap a slice of bacon around each scallop and secure with skewer.
Heat a few Tablespoons olive oil in a grill pan.
Grill scallops a few minutes on each side.
Serve with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. (I used fig balsamic)
