Barbecue Marmalade Slow Cooker Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup orange apricot marmalade
  • 2 Tablespoons Tamari or soy sauce
  • scallions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place a whole chicken in the slow cooker. I used a frozen chicken! So easy!
  • In a measuring cup, combine the bbq sauce, marmalade and Tamari. (or soy sauce)
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  • Cook on high for 6 hours.
  • Strain liquid and from slow cooker-discard solids.
  • Pour this gravy over the chicken.
  • sprinkle on some scallions
