Apple Pie Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • Small round flour tortillas I used Udi's gluten free
  • Canola Oil for frying
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 large can apple pie filling (If apples are large, can cut some in half)
  • Reddi-wip Cool Whip or whipped cream you love

Instructions
 

  • Combine sugar & cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.
  • Heat  1 1/2" of oil in a deep pot on the stove over medium.
  • Once oil is hot, lay a tortilla in carefully.
  • Using tongs,  flip it over and fold it in half with the tongs until browned.
  • Flip again to brown the other side.
  • Be careful as the oil may splatter!!!! Carefully remove from the oil, getting rid of any excess and lay it into the cinnamon & sugar mixture.
  • Fill each taco with the apple filling and top with whipped cream!
