20 Minute Mini Blueberry Cheesecakes

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Nilla Wafers
  • canned blueberry pie filling
  • whipped cream optional

Instructions
 

  • Line regular size muffin tins with liners and place a nilla wafer on the bottom of each.
  • Preheat oven 350.
  • Beat cheesecake ingredients and our into muffin tins.
  • Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins.
  • Cool and then chill.
  • Top with canned blueberry pie filling and whipped cream!!!!
  • This made about 16 filled 3/4 full.
