20 Minute Mini Blueberry Cheesecakes
Got 20 minutes? Then you can whip these up in no time at all. These are a delicious little dessert that everyone will love. They may bring you back to memories of childhood with the Nilla wafer cookie at the bottom forming your crust. My mom used to make these growing up and they were always so delicious. Feel free to swap out the blueberries for cherries. Either topping will taste amazing, just make sure you buy the canned pie filling. You may need:
muffin tin
fun cupcake liners
20 Minute Mini Blueberry Cheesecakes
Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1tsp. Vanilla
- Nilla Wafers
- canned blueberry pie filling
- whipped cream, optional
Instructions
- Line regular size muffin tins with liners and place a nilla wafer on the bottom of each.
- Preheat oven 350.
- Beat cheesecake ingredients and our into muffin tins.
- Bake at 350 for 15-20 mins.
- Cool and then chill.
- Top with canned blueberry pie filling and whipped cream!!!!
- This made about 16 filled ¾ full.
