Candy Cookie Pie
Candy Cookie Pie is the dessert that will win over your kids’ hearts! You can customize this any which way you like! Vanilla frosting, chocolate frosting, strawberry frosting….your pick! M & M’s, Reese’s, marshmallows, snickers…your pick! This is such a versatile recipe! You can even make these on a playdate or sleepover and the kids will just go crazy! The coolest part about the pie below is my oldest guy made this on his own! He let me help with the cherries but the baking and piping was all him! You can definitely be very creative with this recipe and add all of your faves!

Candy Cookie Pie
Ingredients
- 1 ½ sticks butter soft
- ¾ c. packed light brown sugar
- ¼ c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 c. flour
- 1 ½ c. assorted candy We used M & M's, reeses and sprinkles.
Optional
- vanilla frosting
- cherries
Instructions
- Beat butter and sugars.
- Add egg.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Fold in candies.
- Press into greased 9 inch pie pan.
- Bake at 350 22-25 mins.
- Let cool.
- We then piped on vanilla frosting (canned), added cherries and more sprinkles!
