Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • ½ c. olive oil
  • 2 T dijon mustard
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 4 anchovies
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste

For serving

  • fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese grated
  • arugula or romaine

Instructions
 

Dressing

  • Food process all.
  • Serve tossed with arugula/romaine and cheese.
  • Add extra pepper!
