Bacon, Egg, Cheese Croissant Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 4 croissants sliced
  • 4 slices bacon cooked crispy
  • 5 slices American Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 T. half and half
  • dash salt, to taste
  • 2 ½ T. melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Spray a 9x13 baking dish with baking spray.
  • Lay 4 croissant bottoms in the pan
  • Top with both cheeses and bake 5 mins to melt.
  • Crumble bacon on top.
  • Beat eggs & cream together. Add salt and pour over the croissant bottoms.
  • Bake 15 mind until eggs are set and serve!
