Bacon, Egg, Cheese Croissant Bake
This was an amazing breakfast that was so easy to put together and took only 15 minutes to bake! Some may wonder…does the bottom get soggy? Nope, not at all! I will definitely be making this again for company!
Bacon, Egg, Cheese Croissant Bake
Ingredients
- 4 croissants sliced
- 4 slices bacon cooked crispy
- 5 slices American Cheese
- 1 cup shredded Gouda cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 T. half and half
- dash salt, to taste
- 2 ½ T. melted butter
Instructions
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with baking spray.
- Lay 4 croissant bottoms in the pan
- Top with both cheeses and bake 5 mins to melt.
- Crumble bacon on top.
- Beat eggs & cream together. Add salt and pour over the croissant bottoms.
- Bake 15 mind until eggs are set and serve!
