Melt butter in a skillet.
Crack 7 eggs. Whisk with half & half. Season with salt.
Scramble eggs until set but a drop underdone. They will finish cooking in the oven.
Once crust is done, top with half of the cheeses, the scrambled eggs and bacon. Add more cheese. Crack the remaining 2 eggs into a middle spot. Sprinkle parmesan on the crust.
Use a pizza peel to carefully slide pizza back onto the stone and bake 9 mins.
Top with parsley.
