Bacon, Corn and Cheese Dip

Ingredients

Cheese
grated (Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Mozzarella-your fave!)I used cheddar-next time would add some mozz, too

cobs corn
buttered, salted/peppered and roasted at 400 for 35 mins

cup
Hellman's mayo
1
cup
sour cream
½
cup
crispy bacon
chopped
1
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
2
scallions
chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375º.
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread evenly in casserole dish and bake 45-60 minutes till top is golden.
Serve with tortilla chips.
