Bacon, Corn and Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Cheese grated (Monterey Jack, Cheddar, Mozzarella-your fave!)I used cheddar-next time would add some mozz, too
- 4 cobs corn buttered, salted/peppered and roasted at 400 for 35 mins
- 1 cup Hellman's mayo
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup crispy bacon chopped
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 scallions chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375º.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spread evenly in casserole dish and bake 45-60 minutes till top is golden.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
