Kitchen Sink Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup salted butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 c broken up pretzels
  • 1-2 Heath bars chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 325 convection bake (Or 375° F)
  • Beat butter and sugars in a mixer.
  • Add egg and vanilla, scraping sides.
  • Add flour, baking soda and salt.
  • Add chocolate chips, toffee and pretzels.
  • Scoop 3 ounces of dough out onto parchment paper. No need to chill the dough.
  • Bake at 325° convection for about 12 mins. Keep an eye on them the first time as everyone's oven is different! Use a large cookie cutter to help round the cookie when out of the oven.
  • Top with a few Heath bar pieces and extra pretzels, if desired.
  • Cool on sheet pan.
