Kitchen Sink Cookies
These cookies are the ones you need to make when you want a show stopper dessert! These are outrageous!
Kitchen Sink Cookies
Ingredients
- ¾ cup salted butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup dark brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup milk chocolate chips
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup toffee bits
- 1 c broken up pretzels
- 1-2 Heath bars chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325 convection bake (Or 375° F)
- Beat butter and sugars in a mixer.
- Add egg and vanilla, scraping sides.
- Add flour, baking soda and salt.
- Add chocolate chips, toffee and pretzels.
- Scoop 3 ounces of dough out onto parchment paper. No need to chill the dough.
- Bake at 325° convection for about 12 mins. Keep an eye on them the first time as everyone's oven is different! Use a large cookie cutter to help round the cookie when out of the oven.
- Top with a few Heath bar pieces and extra pretzels, if desired.
- Cool on sheet pan.
