Instructions
Noodles
Cook the fettuccine according to package directions. Drain.
Sauce
Combine tamari/soy sauce, sweet Thai chili sauce, rice vinegar and sesame oil, Mix in 1/4 cup water.
Chicken
Toss chicken in cornstarch right in the skillet!Add 2 tablespoons butter to skillet and set the skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until crispy, about 5 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tablespoon tamari/soy sauce, and the garlic. Cook another minute, then remove the chicken to a plate.
In same skillet, add the shallot, peppers (if using) and scallions. Cook for 5 minutes.Add sauce, noodles and chicken, tossing to combine for 5 mins.
