Chicken and Potatoes in Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients
Chicken
3
chicken breasts
fat trimmed
seasoning of your choice
i used garlic parmesan and salt

butter
Sauce

T.
butter

sliced garlic cloves

T.
flour
can use 1 more T. for a thicker sauce

cup
chicken broth
½
cup
half and half
½
cup
parmesan cheese
spinach
handful or 2
Potatoes
1
pound
small potatoes

olive oil
Instructions
Chicken
Season chicken.
Heat butter in a skillet and when hot, sear chicken on both sides. Remove to a plate. Let rest, then slice on diagonal.
Sauce
To the same skillet add 4 T. butter and the garlic.
Stir in the flour for a minute.
Whisk in broth, half and half, cheese and let sauce simmer.
Return chicken to finish cooking in pot.
Add some spinach.
Potatoes
Cut in half, season with oil, salt/pepper and air fry 20 mins or until soft.
Add potatoes to skillet sauce. Top with parsley if desired.
