Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 T. butter
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 shallot chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
  • parsley chopped for garnish
  • ½ pound pasta cooked

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil and butter in a skillet.
  • Saute garlic and shallots until fragrant.
  • Add cream and broth, stirring.
  • Add the cheese and whisk in.
  • Simmer 5 mins.
  • Stir pasta into skillet and top with parsley and more parmesan, if desired!
