Creamy Parmesan Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 T. butter
- 1 T. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 shallot chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
- parsley chopped for garnish
- ½ pound pasta cooked
Instructions
- Heat oil and butter in a skillet.
- Saute garlic and shallots until fragrant.
- Add cream and broth, stirring.
- Add the cheese and whisk in.
- Simmer 5 mins.
- Stir pasta into skillet and top with parsley and more parmesan, if desired!
