Creamy Chicken Rigatoni

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces rigatoni, cooked
  • 1 package chicken tenders cut into bite sized pieces and seasoned with garlic, salt, pepper
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup parmigiano reggiano cheese
  • parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil and butter in skillet until hot.
  • Add chicken pieces and cook until brown on all sides. Remove to a plate.
  • Add onions and garlic and saute in same skillet.
  • Add cream and cheese, stirring until melted. Season with salt.
  • Add pasta to the sauce along with the chicken and let simmer until chicken is fully cooked through.
  • Top with parsley.
