This was absolutely outrageous!
Creamy Chicken Rigatoni
Ingredients
- 8 ounces rigatoni, cooked
- 1 package chicken tenders cut into bite sized pieces and seasoned with garlic, salt, pepper
- 1 T. olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup parmigiano reggiano cheese
- parsley chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil and butter in skillet until hot.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until brown on all sides. Remove to a plate.
- Add onions and garlic and saute in same skillet.
- Add cream and cheese, stirring until melted. Season with salt.
- Add pasta to the sauce along with the chicken and let simmer until chicken is fully cooked through.
- Top with parsley.
