Lobster Ravioli in Sausage Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 12 fresh lobster ravioli
  • 2 links Sweet Italian Sausage remove casing
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1-2 shallots chopped
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 1 T. butter
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in skillet and cook sausage, crumbling with a wooden spoon. Remove to a plate.
  • In same skillet, add butter/oil and sauté shallots. Cook a few mins, then add garlic for just a minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth, cream and cheese stirring to combine well.
    Return sausage to skillet and let simmer.
  • Cook ravioli according to store directions and serve over sauce with fresh parsley.
