Sriracha Chicken with Creamy Garlic Pasta

Ingredients
  

Sriracha Chicken

  • 2 pounds chicken tenders cut into chunks
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce can add 2 T. for more kick
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ¾ tsp. salt
  • olive oil for cooking

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 bunches broccolini trimmed.
  • 8 ounces pasta cooked and drained

Instructions
 

Sriracha Chicken

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sriracha, honey, minced garlic, salt
  • Add the chicken and toss to coat.
  • Marinate 30 mins or more.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

Creamy Garlic Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring gently.
  • Bring the mixture to a simmer, then add grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  • Top with broccolini and let cook in sauce.
  • Pour over the pasta and top with chicken.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
