Sriracha Chicken with Creamy Garlic Pasta
Ingredients
Sriracha Chicken
- 2 pounds chicken tenders cut into chunks
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce can add 2 T. for more kick
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- ¾ tsp. salt
- olive oil for cooking
Creamy Garlic Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2-3 bunches broccolini trimmed.
- 8 ounces pasta cooked and drained
Instructions
Sriracha Chicken
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sriracha, honey, minced garlic, salt
- Add the chicken and toss to coat.
- Marinate 30 mins or more.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Creamy Garlic Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring gently.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then add grated Parmesan cheese.
- Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Top with broccolini and let cook in sauce.
- Pour over the pasta and top with chicken.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
