Candied Bacon Sea Salt Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

Candied Bacon

  • 6 slices bacon
  • dark brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 400℉
  • Line a jellyroll pan with parchment paper. Place a metal cooling rack on top. Lay bacon strips across rack.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar across the bacon and rub into the slices on both sides.
  • Bake approx 8 mins each side (flip slices) until crisp!
  • Let cool and cut into chunks and when cookies are done, sprinkle on top or place a larger piece sticking out of each cookie.
