Italian Wedding Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-3 T. milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla.
  • Fold in dry ingredients.
  • Use an ice cream scoop to roll balls of dough.
  • Bake for 9 minutes and cool.

Glaze

  • Mix all and keep it on thicker side.
  • Dip the tops and add sprinkles.
