Italian Wedding Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup melted butter
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-3 T. milk
- ¼ tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla.
- Fold in dry ingredients.
- Use an ice cream scoop to roll balls of dough.
- Bake for 9 minutes and cool.
Glaze
- Mix all and keep it on thicker side.
- Dip the tops and add sprinkles.
