Birria Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • Brisket shredded
  • broth and onions from the brisket
  • flour tortillas
  • Oaxaca cheese pulled into pieces
  • avocado oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in pan.
  • Dip just one side of the tortilla into the broth quickly and lay broth side down into hot pan.
  • Use tongs to pile on brisket, onions and cheese to one side.
  • Fold tortilla in half and pan fry both sides until golden.
  • Serve with extra broth on the side for dipping.
