The Best Levain Triple Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • cups softened, salted butter
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tsp. vanilla bean paste
  • cups (420g) flour
  • 60 grams cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 4 tsp milk
  • 550 grams chocolate for batter I used a combo of milk chips, dark chips and chopped milk choc bars
  • 50 grams additional chocolate chips to add after they bake.

Instructions
 

  • Beat butter and sugars.
  • Add eggs and vanilla till creamy.
  • Add dry ingredients with the milk and then the chocolates.
  • Scoop into 4 ounce rounds. Poke dough to create texture.(NO chilling needed)
  • Bake at 350 12-13 mins. Add extra chips to tops. Let cool on sheets.
