Expecting a blizzard today and made these this morning. They were absolutely delicious and tasted just like levain bakery cookies! Next time, I want to add some peanut butter chips, too! Super easy and no chilling time needed! Happy Baking! XOXO

The Best Levain Triple Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 1¼ cups softened, salted butter
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- 3½ cups (420g) flour
- 60 grams cocoa powder
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- 4 tsp milk
- 550 grams chocolate for batter I used a combo of milk chips, dark chips and chopped milk choc bars
- 50 grams additional chocolate chips to add after they bake.
Instructions
- Beat butter and sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla till creamy.
- Add dry ingredients with the milk and then the chocolates.
- Scoop into 4 ounce rounds. Poke dough to create texture.(NO chilling needed)
- Bake at 350 12-13 mins. Add extra chips to tops. Let cool on sheets.
