Preheat oven 350.
Cream butter and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla, beat. Add food gel and vinegar.
Add flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder, cornstarch, and baking soda to form dough.
Fold in chips and Oreos.
Scoop into 4 ounce mounds, roll into balls then poke with fingers for a textured look.
Bake 12-14 minutes.
Use a cookie cutter to shape them while warm and top with extra goodies..
