cold salted butter + 80g brown butter

Instructions
Beat cold butter, Brown butter, sugars + miso.
Add egg, yolk & vanilla
Fold in dry ingredients and choc.-save some for the top.
Scoop 3 ounces & roll in balls. Dimple for texture.
Chill and bake at 375 for 13-15 mins
Top with extra chocolate.
