plus a few extra to sprinkle on top
Instructions
Brownie
Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
Line a 9 x13 pan with nonstick foil.
Stir together the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Add flour, cocoa, salt.
Spread in pan.
Cookie dough layer
Beat butter and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients.
Fold in chips.
Flatten pieces of dough in hands and lay across the brownie to cover.
Sprinkle on a few more chips.
Bake 32-35 mins.
Cool and cut!
