Creamy Parmesan Shrimp

Ingredients

jumbo shrimp
peeled and deveined-seasoned with your faves-I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika

T.
olive oil
4
cloves
garlic, chopped
1
cup
heavy cream
½
cup
chicken broth
½
cup
Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
parsley
chopped for garnish
1
package
tortellini
cooked, optional
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet.
Cook shrimp 2-3 mins each side and remove to a plate.
Lower heat and add garlic to saute.
Add cream and broth, stirring.
Add the cheese and whisk in.
Simmer 5 mins.
Add one package of cooked tortellini, if using.
