Creamy Parmesan Shrimp
Ingredients
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp peeled and deveined-seasoned with your faves-I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika
- 2 T. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese
- parsley chopped for garnish
- 1 package tortellini cooked, optional
Instructions
- Heat oil in a skillet.
- Cook shrimp 2-3 mins each side and remove to a plate.
- Lower heat and add garlic to saute.
- Add cream and broth, stirring.
- Add the cheese and whisk in.
- Simmer 5 mins.
- Add one package of cooked tortellini, if using.
