Mix all and marinate steak.
Pat steak dry with paper towels when ready to grill.
Heat cast iron pan.
Instead of oiling pan, drizzle some olive oil on the steak (not extra virgin olive oil bc of low smoke point)
Sear on both sides. Then, I finished it in the oven.
Meanwhile, oil extra marinade.
Slice steak thinly, on a diagonal, against the grain!
Can drizzle on the boiled marinade.
